Shipping Policy:

Processing time: 1-3 days (this is the time required to process the order from the time you place your order to the time the order is dispatched.)

Shipping:

All items are shipped from Nairobi, Kenya.

Local Deliveries:

• Uber Courier: for deliveries in Nairobi and Nairobi metropolitan.
• Fargo Courier: for deliveries for other counties across the the country.

International Deliveries:

These are sent via DHL Express with a tracking number.  (

Delivery is only made to a physical location; DHL Express does not deliver to a P O Box).

The delivery time for international orders takes 4-8 days. 

Please ensure that you indicate your phone number and email address which are required by DHL.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes:

Note: international orders may be delayed at customs.  Import duties and taxes at the destination country may apply at an extra cost to the buyer.  Any customs and import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for information about current customs charges before placing your order.
