Shipping policy

Shipping:

All items are shipped from Nairobi, Kenya.

Local Deliveries:

• Sendy: for same day delivery within Nairobi and its environs.
• Fargo Courier: for next day delivery in major towns; and two days’ delivery for the rest of the country.

International Deliveries:

These are sent via DHL Express with tracking number.  Please ensure that you indicate your phone number and email address which are requirements by DHL. 

Delivery Time: Delivery time for international orders takes 3-6 days. Please note that at this time of a global pandemic, the delivery time for international orders can increase to approximately one week.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes:

Please note that international orders may be delayed at customs; import duties and taxes at the destination country may apply at an extra cost to the buyer.  Any customs and import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for information about current customs charges before placing your order.
